Our Team

Adam founded Whitecroft Partners with the goal of acquiring and actively managing a single business in Ontario. Adam works closely with business owners to ensure a smooth transition of operations while respecting the legacy they have established.

Before founding Whitecroft Partners, Adam was a Director in the Mergers & Acquisitions group at a multi-national consulting firm where he advised large corporations and private equity funds on buy-side and sell-side transactions. His experience involved advising entrepreneurs on the divestiture of their businesses, as well as providing strategic guidance to help organizations scale and realize successful exits.

Previously, Adam was part of the valuations group where he focused on financial reporting, tax planning and fairness opinions. Adam began his career providing audit and assurance services to private companies across a variety of industries.

Adam holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the Smith School of Business at Queen's University. He is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) and a Chartered Business Valuator (CBV).
